New accounts receive 5 trial credits, valid for 7 days. Each feature uses its configured credit price, shown before submission.
Credits work across the site. Batches expiring soonest are used first; legacy credits without an expiry are used last. Monthly and add-on credits expire without rollover. Early-renewal credits become available when the new period starts. See each plan and account batch for its validity period.
You can request a refund to the original payment method within 24 hours of payment if all credits and paid benefits remain unused. Used benefits cannot be refunded through self-service. The order’s credits and membership period are revoked during the request. Eligibility is verified by the system.
View orders and request refunds on the billing page. After a network error, check or retry the same order without duplicating the refund.
