闪媒 is an AI-powered poster generation SaaS service: • Core Function: Automatically generate marketing posters, promotional images, and other visual content through AI technology • Service Form: Web-based online service, no download or installation required • Technical Support: Uses AI models such as Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen to provide image generation capabilities • Target Users: Legally registered enterprises and individual users in mainland China only • Service Hours: 7×24 hours (except for system maintenance)

When using our Service, you shall comply with the following obligations: • Lawful Use: Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the PRC, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law and Data Security Law • Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, and complete account information during registration • Account Security: Safeguard your account password properly; do not lend, sell, or rent your account • Compliant Use: Use the Service according to its functions and intended purposes; do not use for any illegal purposes • Timely Notification: Notify us immediately upon discovering any account abnormalities • Regulatory Cooperation: Cooperate with lawful inspections and investigations by relevant regulatory authorities

You shall not generate or disseminate the following content through our Service: • Political Sensitivity: Content that opposes the basic principles determined by the Constitution, endangers national security, or discloses state secrets • Violence and Terrorism: Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or violent crimes • Pornography and Vulgarity: Obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or socially unethical content • Illegal Activities: Gambling, drugs, fraud, pyramid schemes, and other illegal content • Infringing Content: Content that infringes others' intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights • False Information: False advertising, rumors, misleading information • Other Prohibitions: Other content prohibited by laws and regulations We reserve the right to immediately delete relevant content and suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms.

Intellectual property provisions: • Platform Rights: The intellectual property rights of the Service's software, technology, trademarks, and brand belong to us • User Content: The intellectual property rights of content you upload (text, images, logos, etc.) belong to you • AI-Generated Content: You have usage rights for AI-generated posters and may use them for commercial purposes • License Grant: You authorize us to use, store, and process your uploaded content to provide the Service • Infringement Handling: If you discover infringing content, please notify us via contact information; we will handle it in accordance with the law • Third-Party Rights: Respect the intellectual property and other legitimate rights of third parties

We are not liable under the following circumstances: • AI Generation Limitations: AI-generated content may have imperfections; we do not guarantee it will fully meet your expectations • Service Interruption: Service interruptions or data loss caused by network, device, or system failures • Force Majeure: Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, war, or other force majeure events • Third-Party Services: Issues with third-party services such as payment providers or AI models • User Fault: Losses caused by your improper operation or violation of this Agreement • Content Risks: Legal risks that may exist in your use of AI-generated content (we recommend you review it yourself) • Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service

Account registration and usage rules: • Registration Requirements: You shall be a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full civil capacity • Real-Name Verification: Real-name verification may be required in accordance with laws and regulations • Account Usage: One user may only register one account; bulk registration is prohibited • Account Changes: To change account information, please use account settings or contact customer service • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts and investigate upon discovering illegal or non-compliant behavior • Account Deletion: You may apply to delete your account at any time; data will be deleted within 30 days after deletion • Deletion Consequences: Virtual services (such as credits or memberships) purchased will not be refunded after account deletion

Paid service terms: • Service Types: Including membership subscriptions, credit top-ups, and other paid services • Price Disclosure: All prices are clearly displayed on the page, denominated in RMB • Payment Methods: Supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other third-party payment methods • Membership Services: Membership benefits are subject to the page description at the time of purchase; memberships do not auto-renew • Credit Rules: Credits are used to deduct poster generation counts and are valid permanently • Refund Policy: Except as required by law, virtual goods are non-refundable once sold • Invoice Service: VAT electronic ordinary invoices can be provided upon request • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices; adjustments will be announced in advance

We may modify this Agreement from time to time: • Modification Method: By publishing the updated Agreement on this page • Notification Method: For material changes, we will notify you via website announcement or email • Effective Time: The updated Agreement takes effect on the date of publication • Your Choice: If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you should immediately stop using the Service • Continued Use: Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement • History Records: We retain historical versions of the Agreement for your reference

For service, personal-information, or generated-content complaints and rights requests, use the website's AI Content and Privacy Reports page. Please provide the content ID, issue description, and relevant evidence where available; we will handle submissions through our internal process.
